Chief Executive's Message

Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) were completely foreign to employers of Hong Kong and Greater China until 1990, the Hong Kong Christian Service (HKCS) launched its Employee Development Service (EDS), a professionally staffed, non-profit EAP service.

Over the years, EDS has been expanding rapidly, covering companies and organisations from a wide variety of businesses, government departments and institutions in both Hong Kong and Greater China. In order to provide a clearer identity of EDS from other social service programmes provided by HKCS, Four Dimensions Consulting Limited has been formed.

The Four Dimensions Consulting Limited will maintain the tradition of professionalism and non-profit nature and dedicate itself to the continuous development of EAP in Hong Kong and Greater China.
