2014 Open Course — 7 Habits of Effective Happy People Basic Happy Coach Certified Workshop
People have put lots of effort on pursuing happiness, but only a few of them acquire the key to make themselves or even people around them feel joyful and happy. Becoming happy can be very simple when developing 7 effective happy good habits which can enhance people’s psychic and sense of well beings.
This workshop is based on the basic concepts of positive psychology (also known as “The Science of Happiness”) to share the 7 effective happy habits with participants. Upon completion of the workshop, participants will be empowered with the mission of ‘Happy Coach’ to bring positive impacts and influence people around them, such as colleagues, family members and friends towards happiness.
