Have a Good Night Sleep?

 

Have you ever suffered from insomnia or troubled by not having deep sleep? Your answer is probably “YES”. If so, do you know how to tackle it? Below are some tips in helping you to have a good night sleep:

 

  1. Establish a regular sleeping schedule with consistent consistent bed and wake times, regardless of how well you sleep the night before.
  2. Don’t force yourself if you can’t sleep or it will make you tenser. Engage in some quiet activities, like listening to music and leisure reading. Sometimes, you will get sleepy as soon as your mind is off from it.
  3. Limit food and fluids close to bedtime; avoid caffeine, nicotine and alcohol even after lunch.
  4. Sleep problem can be transient or may be signs of emotional or psychological disturbances. If you have sleep problem, you should consider seeking professional help before it gets worse and affects your personal as well as professional lives.
