香港基督教服務處的「僱員發展服務」於1991年成立，是本港首間開辦「僱員支援計畫」的領航機構，為各大公司及機構提供專業的個人諮詢及輔導服務、員工發展、培訓、管理諮詢及突發危機事故壓力管理等服務。為了進一步拓展服務，更於2005年設立「富達盟信顧問有限公司」，致力協助管理人員、僱員及其家庭發展潛能，解決工作生活上的困擾，並培育正向、健康、具生產力的團隊，促進員工及機構的整全健康。至今，我們已服務超過350間機構及企業。

What we do?

Employee Development Service (EDS) of Hong Kong Christian Service (HKCS) is established in 1991.  It is the first organization pioneering Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) in Hong Kong. Over the years, EDS has built up extensive experience in EAP services including professional personal consultation and counseling, employee development and training, management consultation as well as critical incidents stress management. In order to further develop its services, HKCS has established a subsidiary company, the Four Dimensions Consulting Limited in 2005, dedicated in building a positive, healthy and productive work force and enhancing employees and corporate wellness. We have already served over 350 corporate clients up till then.
