Critical
Incident Stress Management Services
(CISM) offer assistance to employees who have experienced
a critical incident, such as a natural calamity, fire, armed
raid, bereavement, industrial or transport accident, workplace
violence or other traumatic event. Through systematic professional
support, we help to minimise any unnecessary psychological
suffering on employees, their family members and other affected
persons, such as valued customers or business partners. CISM
also enables employees to recover and regain productivity
as quickly as possible.
CISM comprises both management
and support aspects. Immediately after the critical incident,
we provide supportive resources to organisations, its employees
and their family members. Then the support process begins,
with debriefing and post-trauma counselling to the affected
